Heard counsel for the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the amendment application and states that the petitioner will challenge the order dated 21.04.2025 passed under Section 27 of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 in appeal before the Chairman of the Development Authority. He submits that he is also not pressing the writ petition at this stage, to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. 3. Sri Manu Ghildyal, learned counsel appearing for the Development Authority has no objection to the same. 4. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal would be filed within a week and for one week the interest of the petitioner be protected. 5. Sri Manu Ghildyal, learned counsel for the Development Authority very fairly states that the Development Authority will not take any coercive action against the petitioner for one week. 6. The said statement is accordingly recorded. 7. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the demolition order and the order dated 12.03.2025, passed under Section 28(A) of the Act by filing appeal.
