(2 of 3) [CRLMB-14719/2024] accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are in custody since 04.11.2024. He further submits that there are no criminal antecedents of petitioners. Counsel further submits that alleged offence is triable by magistrate. Counsel further submits that co-accused person has already been granted benefit of regular bail by this court. Charge-sheet has been filed and trial will take considerable time. Further custody of the petitioner would not serve any fruitful purpose. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the complainant oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners. They submit that bail should not be granted. 5. I have considered the contentions. 6. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and especially the fact that alleged offence is triable by magistrate; absence of criminal antecedents; charge-sheet has been filed; as well as considering the period of custody served by the petitioners, but without commenting anything on merits and demerits of the case, I deem it proper to allow the bail application. 7.
This bail application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners- Rahman Husain S/o Suleman Husain & Aalam S/o Ishakat Bux shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is
