Case No. 314 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are said to have killed the deceased. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2024 and he is an absconder in a case of year 2018. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an absconder, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
