The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. On 29.06.2025, at about 02:30 P.M., Gumla Police apprehended co- accused persons, while they were travelling on a stolen motorcycle near Santoshi Temple, Toto. During the Course of investigation, the apprehended accused persons confessed that the petitioner was also involved in theft of motorcycle. House of the petitioner was raided and stolen motorcycle was recovered from there. 4. It was submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
