Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 65/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 685/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(2), 308(3) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 4. On 15.10.2024 at about 07:30 A.M, Manika Police, on the basis of confidential information that some criminals had assembled in the house of co-accused Anil Kumar Yadav, raided his house and all together four persons were apprehended. On search, fire arms were recovered from possession of the petitioners. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the fire arms which were seized from the petitioners were found to be inactive. It was further submitted that the petitioners are in custody for about five months. 6. Criminal antecedent of the petitioners, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 65/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 685/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
