The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lawalong PS Case No.28 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 333, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Tanuja Kumari, wife of the petitioner has lodged an FIR being Lawalong PS Case No.27 of 2025 against Anil Vishwakarma(the husband of the informant), Rajesh Mishtri (brother in law of the informant), Sunny Kumar, Sachin Vishwakarma, Deepak Mistry, Suraj Vishwakarma and Harindra Kumar have tried to molest her and have assaulted her with steel rod and assaulted the father of the petitioner with a knife and as such the father of the petitioner has sustained injury and said Tanuja Kumari also sustained injury in her left hand and they have also threatened to kill her and on the same day, the present case has been lodged. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.4661 of 2025.

4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations of assault is there.

Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and wife of the petitioner has lodged the FIR as aforesaid in that molesting allegations are also there and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Lawalong PS Case No.28 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
