(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 22.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 20.12.2025 passed by the afore authority, to state that petitioner herein, who was earlier ordered to be transferred to Civil Hospital Shillai, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh vide office order dated 15.12.2025, has been adjusted at CHC Jalog, District Shimla, against vacancy, which is a soft area, vide office order dated 20.12.2025. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the afore submission of learned Additional Advocate General. Since precise grouse of the petitioner is that he was sent to a hard area stands redressed and petitioner has now been sent to a soft area, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same is disposed of. 3. However, while imparting, this Court wishes to observe that since petitioner is on the verge of promotion within four months, coupled with the fact that one vacancy is likely to arise at Jassur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, respondents, at that time, may consider the petitioner’s posting at afore station, if there is no other technical hitch.
