The writ petition relates to payment of pension. 3. Though initially there were problems now, as per the statement of the parties, the disputes and differences have been resolved. 4. The State has already taken a decision that the petitioner is entitled for pension. The pension has already been sanctioned vide Annexure-O to the supplementary counter- affidavit. 5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General submits that once the Service Book and pension papers are sent to them through online mode, within two days, the payment can be disbursed to the petitioner. 6. Considering the said submission, I direct the respondents to forward all the documents through online mode within a week if not already done to the Office of the Accountant General. 2025:JHHC:31174 2 7. The Accountant General will ensure that on receipt of the same, they should issue the pension payment order within seven days from the receipt of the said documents. 8.
