The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garu P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 40 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96 of the B.N.S. and Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO, Latehar. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the victim to leave her parental house with the intention to marry her. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial in which she has stated that she was having affairs with the petitioner and she has willingly accompanied the petitioner and went to Rajasthan. Her age has been assessed top be about 18 years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO, Latehar in connection with Garu P.S.
