The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar is not acting in terms of the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in appeal by the Sub-Collector, Jajpur. 4. Considering the limited grievance, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar to carry out the directions contained in the aforementioned order passed by the Appellate Authority as early as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
