The proceedings in this contempt petition has been initiated for non- compliance of order and judgment dated 26.02.2014, passed in SWP No. 465/2014, vide which, the petition was disposed of by directing as under:- “This petition can be and is disposed of at this very threshold stage by directing the official respondents to accord consideration to the cases of the petitioners for regularization on the same analogy as has been done in the case of the private respondent No. 7 who is similarly situated. The consideration order shall be passed within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is made available to the official respondents by the petitioners." 01. The respondents in their compliance report have stated that in compliance to the order and judgment of this Court dated 26.02.2014, they have considered the case of the petitioner and have passed speaking order dated 06.02.2025. CCP(S) No. 134/2021 02. In view of the aforesaid, the impugned order and judgment dated 26.02.2014 stands complied. Proceedings in this contempt petition are, accordingly, closed.
