Chutia, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. D.K. Roy, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has produced certified copy of order dated 07.08.2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Baksa, in T.Ex. No.06/2025, disclosing that as per report of the Civil Nazir and Lat Mandal’s report, the decree has been executed and the possession of the decretal land was handed over to the decretal holder who has confirmed that the decree has been fully executed and no further coercive or substantive steps remains to be taken in execution. Thus, it appears that the execution proceedings as per the order dated 07.08.2025, referred above was executed on 27.09.2025, which is a day prior to this Court passing an interim order on 30.07.2025 in this interlocutory application. 3.
