Criminal Case No. 53/2015 may kindly be quashed and allow the instant revision petition, in the interest of justice.” 4. From perusal of the record, it transpires that the instant criminal revision has been filed with some delay and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stands vacated. 6.
