The present special appeal (writ) has been preferred in the year 2024 challenging the order dated 12.08.2021, whereby the writ petition was dismissed on merits holding it to have become infructuous as he had attained the age of superannuation. 2. Delay of 1133 days in filing the appeal has been pointed out by the registry. 3. On perusal of the application No.614/2024 seeking condonation of delay, we find that there is no cogent reasonable explanation coming forward for condonation of delay, hence, the appeal is hopelessly time-barred. 4.
