Order 24/03/2025 In compliance of the order dated 28.11.2024, the respondents have conducted the fresh measurement of the petitioner’s height in a transparent manner within the stipulated time period.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that as a result of the fresh measurement, the height of the petitioner is

Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the initially respondents have wrongly measured the height of the petitioner, thereby disqualifying the candidature of the petitioner which has caused impediment to the petitioner. Therefore, this Court in the interest of justice, directs the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner with all the benefits as accorded to the similar selected candidates in the further selection process. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed in above terms. Pending applications, if any, disposed of.
