The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 364, 302, 120B & 201 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the CLA Act and Section 13 of the UAP Act and cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 148, 149, 364, 120(B), 302 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri Shashibhushan Sharma, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. On 18.05.2020, the husband of the informant was murdered by the Extremists belonging to J.J.M.P Cadre. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused and he has also confessed his guilt. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by the different Coordinate Benches of this Court as well as by this Court. Learned Spl. P.P. on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and on specific query whether incriminating article was recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner, he replied in negative. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shashibhushan Sharma, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Manika P.S.
