1. Instant 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.715 dated 07.11.2023 under Sections 22/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is behind bars since 07.11.2023.

However, learned State counsel, at the very outset, on instructions from ASI Mahavir submits that out of total 13 prosecution witnesses, 10 witnesses have already been examined and thus, only 03 witnesses remained to be examined. He submits that the next date before the trial Court is 01.08.2025. He submits that remaining 03 witnesses would be examined at the date fixed.
4. Keeping in view the custody of the petitioner in the present petition, this Court refrains from commenting anything on the merits of the case. However, the learned trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 02 months from 01.08.2025.
5. Petition stands disposed of.
