Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. That the order dated 21.10.2025 (Annexure P/5) issued by the respondent No.5 may kindly be quashed and set aside. ii. That the respondents may kindly be directed to accept the nomination of petitioner and further the petitioner may kindly be allowed to participate in election 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:36426 of Management Committee of the respondent-Society.” 2. In light of the fact that the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his nomination, which as per the petitioner is erroneous and further that the election is scheduled for 03.11.2025, in terms of the election program, which has been appended with the petition, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner can assail the election after it is held on the ground that his nomination was wrongly rejected. 3. With this liberty to the petitioner, these proceedings are closed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
