learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest for the alleged offences registered Sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c) & (d) of P.C. Act, 1988 and 13(2) r/w 13(1)(a) of P.C. Act, 1988 and Sections 120(B) r/w 409, 420 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, CBI-cum- Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad, in connection with R.C. Case No.06(A)/2022(D).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Branch Manager is namely Manoj Kumar and the allegations are made that Manoj Kumar has made defalcation. He also submits that the allegations are made against the petitioner that in the account of the petitioner, a sum of Rs.63,40,500/- have been transferred. He also submits that now the charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner has cooperated in the investigation. He next submits that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5806 of 2025 and in ABA No.5501 of 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-CBI opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has received the said amount in the account pursuant to the conspiracy made by Manoj Kumar and other.

In view of the above and considering that the petitioner has not been arrested during investigation and now the charge-sheet has been submitted and the allegation made is against Manoj Kumar, who is the Branch Manager of Barhait Branch and co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in aforesaid ABAs, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, CBI-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad, in connection with R.C. Case No.06(A)/2022(D), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
