2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with A.C.B. Ranchi P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 7(a) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge ACB, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Clerk and attached with the ITI, Welfare, Hehal, Ranchi. He submits that the allegations are made of demand of Rs.10,000/- for HRA allowance and transfer allowance to release in favour of the informant. He also submits that the allegations are made of recovery of Rs.10,000/- from the

B.A. No. 8525 of 2025 possession of the petitioner. He then submits that now the charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2025. He further submits that if the regular bail will be granted to the petitioner he will not influence any of the witness.

Learned counsel appearing for the ACB through V.C. opposes the prayer and submits that recovery is there of Rs.10,000/- from the possession of the petitioner.
5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted now and there is no chance that the petitioner will tamper with the evidence if regular bail is granted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge ACB, Ranchi in connection with A.C.B. Ranchi P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025.
