Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 64(1), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Chatra. 3. On 30.06.2025, petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded under section 180 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that she was having affairs with the petitioner and she has left the lawful guardianship, according to her own wish. Age of the victim is about more than 18 years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S.
