In view of Section 161 of the Electricity Act, 2003, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. I, however, grant liberty upon the petitioner to approach the concerned Chief Electrical Inspector of the State by making application in the prescribed form. If such application is made, the same shall be processed by the Chief Electrical Inspector of the State in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, WPA 16383 of 2025 is disposed of. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
