Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that he had already made a prayer on 11.02.2025 for withdrawal of the case with the liberty to file a fresh writ petition with the same cause of action. He submits that he had also made endorsement to that effect in the order sheet. 2 5. In view of the above, the Order No.22 dated 11.02.2025 is modified to the extent that prayer for withdrawal of this writ petition, is allowed. 6.
