The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Herhanj P.S. Case No. 09/2025, registered under sections 17, 18 and 29 of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that false allegation has been made against the petitioners of cultivation of poppy plant in the forest area and even the land is not belonging to the petitioners. He submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 6 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of cultivation of poppy plant in the forest area. 5. Considering that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 6 of the petition and even the land is denied of the petitioners, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their ( 2025:JHHC:31583 ) surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar, in connection with Herhanj P.S.
