Case No. 315 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 96 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. The statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the victim has stated that her parents were trying to get her married without her consent. Therefore, she left her house. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
