Learned Assistant Advocate General has handed over to the Court the instructions received from the Divisional Forest Officer, Bilaspur Forest Division, District Bilaspur, H.P., dated 07.03.2026, a perusal whereof demonstrates that the pension order now stands issued. In light of this development, it is hereby ordered that needful be done to ensure that regular pension is paid to the petitioner and arrears are made good within some reasonable time. Let the arrears be released in favour of the petitioner within three months from today and it be ensured that regular pension is received by the petitioner from the month of April, 2026 continuously.
