Varsha Sharma vs. Gaurav Sharma, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Baniyather, District Sambhal. 5. I have perused the impugned judgement and order dated 13.4.2023. From perusal of the same, it is clear that the court concerned has been meticulous in deciding the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and has considered each and every aspect of the matter including the evidence of Gaurav Sharma who himself had appeared as D.W.-1.
