2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner contending her grievance against appointment of respondent no. 3 as Anganbari Sevika in the District Pakur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the selected candidate has submitted forged Master’s degree certificate and on the basis of forged Master’s degree certificate she has been appointed. The petitioner’s claim is that the petitioner had raised her objection before the authorities but the authorities have not taken any action nor provided any document.
4. On this background the petitioner claims that her representation which has been filed be disposed of by the authorities concerned.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if her representation is still pending the same will be considered and appropriate order will be passed.

6. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Pakur who will attend the grievance of the petitioner.
7. The fresh representation should be filed within four weeks.
8. The Deputy Commissioner, Pakur on receipt of the said application will decide the same within 12 weeks thereafter. While disposing the representation the Deputy Commissioner will also give an opportunity of hearing to the selected candidate who is respondent no. 3 along with the petitioner.
9. The Deputy Commissioner, Pakur will convey his finding to both the petitioner and the selected candidate i.e. respondent no. 3 after conclusion of the hearing.
10. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
