This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in cancelling the pattadar passbook and title deed issued in favour of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 28.04.2018. 3. All the counsels submit that the revision is pending before the 2nd respondent filed by the petitioner herein. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision pending before it against the orders passed by the 3rd respondent dated 28.04.2018 with respect to the subject land, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order, by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioner and the 5th respondent and upon consideration of the records and upon verification of the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken strictly in accordance with law on its own merits. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated.
