Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 36 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 96, 137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. 4. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., in which, she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. 5. It was submitted that the parties have married and the age of the victim was shown to be 18 years in the marriage certificate. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih, in connection with Bagodar P.S.
