CMP(M) No. 2125 of 2025 Keeping in view the averments made in the application, duly supported by an affidavit of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Collector, Solan, delay of 43 days’ in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Appeal be registered. LPA No. 872 of 2025 Inter alia contends that the agreement to sell is dated 12.01.2006. The application is required to be filed in Form LRXIV as per Rule 38A of the HP Tenancy and Land Reforms Rules, 1975, which was filed on 26.11.2020 after 14 years and it is in such circumstances the impugned order was passed for giving a revised agreement and original affidavit of the sellers vide letter dated 27.08.2022 (Annexure P-13). It is submitted that the vendors/ private respondents have also objected to the delay and held out that a fresh agreement to sell was a procedural necessity and the agreement had been
rendered unenforceable, which aspect had not been adverted to by the learned Single Judge in the reasoning and the said aspect had not been dealt with. Mr. Arjun K. Lal, present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. Let notice be issued to respondents No. 2 and 3, returnable for 10.03.2026, on taking steps within one week. ( G.S.
