On 24.03.2025, 6-7 persons came to the work place of the informant. To enforce the demand of rangdari, they abused the persons present there. The accused persons claimed themselves to be members of MCC, which is a banned Naxal Organization. 5. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR, nor they were put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that the names of the petitioners have come on the basis of confession of co-accused persons. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri A.
