Petitioner is serving as Shastri at GMS Bainsh, u/c GSSS Dhammi, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Her grievance is that she preferred a representation to the respondents seeking transfer under 5% inter district quota in terms of applicable Transfer Policy of the State notified on 20.11.2021; however, till date the said representation, which -2- was forwarded by the concerned Principal to respondent No.3 on 15.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) has not been decided. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
