In view of compromise, the Petitioners/ Accused No.1 to 7 agreed to pay Rs. 10,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims including maintenance and permanent alimony to the 1st respondent, and first respondent agreed to receive the same, towards her full and final settlement of all her claims. Recording the petitioners and first"‘Respondent have also entered into Memorandum of Understanding, copy of criminal petition.
