JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 30-04-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2009 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner are accused of killing the husband of the informant. 4. In an FIR of 2009, the petitioner surrendered and is in custody since 08.11.2024. The petitioner is an absconder. He was absconding for more than 15 years. 5.
