---- 04/14.10.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tatijharia P.S. Case No.16 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2), 74 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and there are land dispute between the parties. He further submits that the petitioners and the informant’s sides are family members and the altercation took place when the motorcycle was being turned by the informant on the land of

the informant. On this background, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that pursuant to the earlier order the case diary has been received and the materials are there and the witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution.
5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is serious allegation against the petitioners of outraging the modesty and the allegation of assault is also there and grievous injury has also been found.
6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
