This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is directed against order dated 28.08.2023, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench (for short; Tribunal), in Original Application No. 1080/2023 titled “Dr. Sandeep Kour v. Health and Medical Education Department”. 2. The Tribunal vide interim order dated 28.08.2023, has stayed the operation of the impugned order dated 01.08.2023 and the applicant/respondent herein has been permitted to continue in service as „Lecturer‟ in the discipline of „Oral Medicine & Radiology‟ in Indira Gandhi Government Dental College, Jammu, till next date of hearing before the Tribunal. 3. Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG, submits that they have filed a response to the interim application as well as the main OA. It is submitted that an application for vacation of the impugned order on the ground of administrative and legal concerns, is also pending before the Tribunal, in which the next date of hearing is fixed as 03.06.2025. 4. Having regard to the pleadings and submissions made at the bar, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage, however, we request the learned Tribunal to consider and decide the application for vacation of stay pending before it in OA No. 1080/2023, within a period of six weeks. In the event the application is not decided within the stipulated period, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court. 5.
