Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Parties No.2 to 4 has submitted that this criminal revision has been filed concealing the criminal revision filed before the learned Sessions Judge, P.O.C.S.O. Act, Bijnor therefore, this revision is liable to be dismissed. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of Opposite Parties No.2 to 4, this criminal revision is dismissed. 6.
