This Court, vide order dated 24.04.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in pursuance to the order dated 24.04.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and on instructions from ASI Satwinder Singh further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.
