The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 29 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96 of the B.N.S. and Congnizance has been taken under Section 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. 4. On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the victim has herself left her lawful guardianship and has gone to Chhatisgarh. It further appears that the age of the victim has been assessed to be 17-18 years. 5. This appears to be the case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
