The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 for not releasing the salary and allowances with effect from 01.01.2025 to till retirement i.e., on 30.06.2025. 2. The petitioner was initially appointed as watchman at Yeramandalam Primary Health Center and thereafter, at Primary Health Center, Dusi. He finally posted as Office Subordinate in Primary Health Center, Kinthali, Srikakulam District and his services were regularized with effect from 23.05.2021 at Primary Health Center, Kinthali, Srikakulam District. However, though the writ petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2025 upon attaining the age of superannuation, i.e., 62 years, the salary due to him from 01.01.2025 until the date of his retirement, i.e., 30.06.2025, has not been disbursed. A representation was also given by the petitioner on 24.07.2025 to that affect and aggrieved by not consideration of the same, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that representation of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate decision will be taken as expeditiously as possible by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025. 4. In view of the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 with regard to the salary from 01.01.2025 to 30.06.2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from today and accordingly, release the amount due payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
