The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 123/103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Khunti. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Palo Kumari who died due to poisoning in her matrimonial home. Statement of the witness Lal Munda has been recorded in the case diary. He has stated that deceased has consumed poison herself due to family dispute between the parties. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khunti, in connection with Maranghada P.S.
