Petitioner is presently serving as Lecturer (Political Science) at GSSS Khani, Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba, H.P. stated to be a hard and tribal area. His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure of service at the present place, he preferred representation on 20.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2/ competent authority, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - through proper channel seeking transfer to a station of his preference. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
