1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:
“1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to release the final due amount of the petitioner in respect his GPF amount Rs.3,52,466/- along with interest of 18% per annum. 2) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the GPF amount Rs.5,88,595/- was approved by the department but the concerned department has only paid Rs.2,36,126/- to the petitioner and Rs.3,52,466/- remains unpaid.
3. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State would oppose.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 2 & 3 would submit that as per the closing balance of GPF passbook, the petitioner was entitled to be paid Rs.3,52,466/- (inclusive of interest) vide Office Authorization Letter No. Fund-09/521-22 dated 18.08.2020 and said amount has already been paid to the petitioner. He would submit that the petition deserves to be dismissed.
5. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
6. Taking into consideration the fact that disputed questions of facts are involved in the present case, therefore, this matter is referred to the High Power Pension Redressal Committee to decide the dispute. The Committee is directed to decide the entitlement of the petitioner
3 pertaining to GPF account, after affording a due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties. The respondent authorities are directed to supply one copy of this petition along with necessary documents to the said Committee.
7. With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), this petition is
