3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail application and submitted the factual report.
4. Heard and perused the material available on record.

5. It is alleged against the accused-petitioner that on 11.07.2024 at 09:30 am, he along with the other co-accused committed robbery and forcefully fled away with a Activa bearing No. RJ 20 KS 8274 along with Rs.15,350/-. The incident was captured in the CCTV camera. The other co-accused was arrested on the basis of footage captured in the CCTV and he in his disclosure statement named the accused-petitioner in committing the said offence. The factual report also shows that the accused- petitioner is a habitual offender and against him offences under Sections 302, 392, 365 and 379 of IPC and Section 4/25 of Arms Act are pending, therefore, considering the above facts, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the accused- petitioner is hereby, dismissed.
