W.P.No.8385 of 2025 with the writ petition, it can now be seen that the construction of the bridge is in progress. The petitioner’s gate is situated right in the middle of the construction. Therefore, there is only a very narrow path for the petitioner to access his property. Even in that narrow path, all the construction materials are indiscriminately dumped.
3. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to forthwith instruct the contractors to remove the debris, stones, mud, wooden logs, etc., and ensure that the petitioner has ingress and egress until the construction is completed. It is made clear that once the construction is completed, everything must be properly cleared for the petitioner, and an appropriate pathway must be laid.
4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 11.03.2025 Neutral Citation: Yes/No nsl To
