Mr. Vishwadeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs:- “(A) A. That the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ of direction may kindly be directed to extend the benefits of the PTA under Grant-In-Aid Rules, 2006 to the Petitioner w.e.f. the date of her initial employment i.e., July 2005 to till 28.03.2017 along with interest @ 9% p.a. (B). That the instant writ petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to extend the benefit of Grant-in-Aid in favour of the present petitioner at par with the similarly situated persons with all consequential 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 benefits and take a decision in the light of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Court in Sangeeta Devi and Ors. V/S State of Himachal Pradesh and ors, bearing CWP No. 2218/2018.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has preferred a representation dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents for redressal of the grievances as raised in the writ petition. However, the said representation has not yet been decided by the respondents/competent authority. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with directions to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
