Case No. 113/2024 arising out of Senha P.S. Case No. 59/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga. 3. On 18.07.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned A.P.P., after going through the case diary, has submitted that several witnesses have stated during the investigation that it was co-accused Miskat Ansari who has given a lathi blow to the deceased, due to which, he sustained injury and died. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga in connection with S.T.
