While placing on record communication dated 08.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office orders dated 24.09.2025, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. Having carefully perused averments contained in afore documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General. In terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, petitioners have been granted pay-scale of 5480-8925 ₹ w.e.f. 29.05.2002 and 30.06.2002, respectively and necessary directions already stand issued to quarter concerned to prepare the arrears. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that arrears, if any, flowing from aforesaid compliance are paid expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two weeks.
