1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 25.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5245 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Anshu Jha @ Abhay, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment.

2 Ambikapur, District-Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 24.06.2025 has requested for grant of four months time for concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that at present in this case, out of total 17 prosecution witnesses, 03 important witnesses have been examined. The case for the remaining prosecution evidence is already scheduled for 18/07/2025. Therefore, he prays for grant of further four months time for concluding the same.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
